Whatsapp Community Guidelines
Joining the Group
It can take up to 7 days to be added to the WhatsApp group. We’re a small team, so please be patient! If you haven’t been added after 10 days, feel free to email us at info@newcirclesociety.co.uk.Posting in the Group
The NCS WhatsApp group is for positive content and community engagement. Share your recommendations, events, and anything that can help or inspire others!If you’re promoting your own business, looking for an apartment, or job hunting, you can post, but keep it relevant and respectful.
No spam—please avoid posting irrelevant content.
Abusive, Negative and Unkind Behaviour
We have a zero-tolerance policy for negative, abusive and unkind messages in both content and tone. Whilst we are aware you may have differing opinions you want to share, if you send messages in any of the group chats, directed at any members, or to the NCS WhatsApp business account or any of our team, you will be removed from the group, blocked, and your membership will be canceled.Respect Fellow Members
Negative, unkind or disrespectful behaviour towards or about other members is not tolerated. Constructive conversations are always welcome, but they must come from a place of kindness and respect. Violations of these guidelines will be taken seriously. If we believe the standards have been breached, the team will review the situation and we may need to terminate your membership if necessary.WhatsApp Business Number
The NCS WhatsApp number is only for group chats and event coordination.For all inquiries, contact our Community Manager, Paula during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9 AM–5 PM). Paula’s contact details are in the WhatsApp group.

Response Times
The NCS WhatsApp account is not manned 24/7. As our team works part-time, responses may not be immediate. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.Issues & Complaints
If you have any problems or complaints, please contact our Community Manager Paula directly. Do not post issues in the group chat, as this violates community guidelines. Your message will be deleted.Membership Cancellation
If you cancel your membership, you will be removed from the WhatsApp group within 24 hours.
Event Guidelines
Be Respectful of Others
Our events are hosted in public venues, so please be polite and considerate of others, both within the community and those around us.Respect Fellow Members
Negative or disrespectful behaviour towards other members is not tolerated. If you have concerns, speak directly to the event host or Community Manager. Repeat offenders may have their membership canceled.Be On Time
We know life gets in the way (well, TFL does…) but please aim to be on time for all events, especially dinners, workshops, and shows. We will wait up to 10 minutes before starting. If you're running late, please let us know.Respect Community-Hosted Events
Some events are organised by members of our community. Please show appreciation for their time and effort by respecting the event details and being a good attendee.
General Guidelines
We are a positive and supportive community focused on kindness and good vibes.
No abuse, harassment, or negativity will be tolerated towards any members or the NCS team.
Our goal is to create an inclusive, empowering space for all members to grow, connect, and thrive.
