What is New Circle Society and who is it for?
It’s a membership-based community for women in their late 20s all the way through their 30s who want to make new friends, or simply just want to do fun things in London and always want to have a cool group of women to do things with!

NCS is a super small team. Sophie founded the community, and runs some of the events. Ana is our events manager, who also helps host events. And Paula is our community manager - your go-to person for any questions or assistance you might need!

A lot of groups similar to ours are for younger people, so a lot of the events are catered towards that demographic! Lots of alcohol, nights out etc. Whilst we do host events that involve alcohol (a bottomless brunch/ dinner here and there!) we have a more sophisticated set up. So think wholesome, grown-up, and nice drinks in nice bars. Fitness events. Craft events. It’s about quality not quantity.

Brunches (bottomless and regular!), group roast dinners, concerts, gigs, fitness classes, self-development workshops, career and personal growth workshops, city park walks and pub afternoons, coffee dates, dog walking dates, co-working days, F1 watch parties, run clubs, cosy wine nights, dinners, street food tours, comedy nights - and so much more.

Some events are super intimate with 8-12 people. We try cap events at 15-20 people simply because the feedback is that people prefer events that feel more intimate as opposed to large groups.

Yes membership is £8.99 a month. We offer Subscribe & Save memberships where you can pay more for 3 months or 6 months and receive a discount for paying upfront.

Membership gives you access to our community. Consider NCS not just a community of incredible women to hang out with, but essentially a social life concierge. Got an empty looking month? We’re here to help you find something super cool and fun to do! We run a few free-to-book events per month, and others are charged extra, or a “pay on the day” situation. We’re a bespoke, smaller community compared to other meet up groups, and having a membership fee ensures we maintain this feel. We also offer some exclusive events like workshops, hypnotherapy classes, and fitness classes with some of London’s most esteemed and sought after professionals, offering them at lower prices that you simply wouldn’t get at a larger, more generic meet up community.
You also get access to our amazing whatsapp community, with loads of different subgroups for members making their own off-schedule plans

On our homepage, there is a calendar you can scroll down to see when events are happening and if they line up with your diary. Click here to take a look. Our events do book our quickly, so please keep this in mind.

Our events are super popular and often book out upon launching them. We do get a lot of cancellations (usually around 3 days before the event) and we have a waitlist you can join. Members who cannot make events anymore will try sell their tickets on to other members via the group chat so keep an eye out there! We update the calendar 1-2 time a week with new events. Before events go live, we send our members an email with the information on when the events will be listed so that you can set your alarms and remember to book on. Please note, as a small company we cannot cater to everyones availabilities and being a member does not automatically guarantee our events will suit your schedule or they wont book out.
You may notice that some events are listed as “save the dates” - a date to add to your diary, with official booking opening 7-10 days before the event starts. The reason we do this is so that when new members join, they aren’t disappointed to see all events are booked out, and it also discourages people booking events too far in advance and forgetting, and not showing up!

Unfortunately we do no offer refunds on membership. We run multiple events per month, and give ample notice for when the event goes live, and communicate how fast the events can book up. We also cannot cater for individuals availability, therefore we do not offer refunds.

Often when we have events like walks/ run clubs (mostly anything outdoor) there will be a meeting point. We send emails on the day of the event giving the meeting point, usually complete with a map and instructions. If ever in doubt, check the Instagram stories.

We operate a no-refunds cancellation policy on events. You can resell your ticket to another member - we recommend advertising it in the group chat.

We have a waitlist at the bottom of the event listing to sign up to if you miss out on a ticket. Also, many members resell their tickets in the big group chat in our WhatsApp community if they can no longer attend. If you purchase a ticket off another member, please let someone at NCS know so we can change it in our system.

These events are hosted by community members, not NCS events hosts. They are unofficial events we run through our website, but NCS holds no liability with these events if something goes wrong and are not responsible for the organisation / cancellation of said events. You will be added into a whatsapp group chat for communications with these events.
